Her post has racked up over 1,400 likes and her followers took to the comments with one joking: “Best pair at Ibrox since McCoist and Hateley”.
Another wrote: “Outstanding beautiful and pure rangers”.
Her 52,000 Instagram followers will have also seen her stories where she has been obsessing over Scotty.
In one story she wrote: “New Scotty obsession,” revealing her phone lock screen is in fact a photograph of him in Rangers' away kit for the upcoming season.
Whilst in another story she tagged the footballer saying: “Have my babies.”
It's not just on Instagram that she's shown affection for Scotty as she also took to Twitter express her love for him, tweeting: “Scotty Arfield have my babies.”
Taking to her Instagram stories this morning Lana revealed she will soon be taking to the pitch herself to play her first ever charity football match for Cornwall Mental Health Cup.
She has urged her followers to attend and support her and the charity match which kicks off at 2.30pm on Saturday, July 30 at Penryn Football and Rugby Club.
