The 30-year-old French influencer Remi Lucidi, who became known on social networks for doing various extreme sports that included climbing some buildings or high-rise points, lost his life when he fell from the 68th floor of a skyscraper.
Lucidi, also known as “Remi Enigma” fell from Hong Kong's Tregunter Tower and his body was found in the complex's courtyard, The South China Morning Post reported.
Okay With the first investigations, it is believed that the young man fell from a ledge by accident while trying to climb the building, since no suicide note was found in the place.
One of the building's workers was the one who alerted the police after seeing the famous acrobat through the window. They claim that Lucidi tried to call for help before tripping on top of a 68-story, 219-meter-tall building.
In this regard, the police reported that his French identification was found next to the body, as well as the video camera he used to record his reckless actions on top of skyscrapers.
According to The People, the content creator had told the site's security guard that he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor. However, a security camera captured the moment Lucidi left the elevator to the 49th floor and ascended the stairs that lead to the top floor, where the door had been forced.
According to The Guardian, authorities said the influencer knocked on a window of a 68th-floor apartment to be let in, but no one answered.
Remi Enigma's last Instagram post was a photo of the night view of Hong Kong a week ago, labeled Times Square in the Causeway Bay shopping district.
Tregunter Tower is one of the tallest residential complexes in the world. In fact, he had this title until in 2001 the Trump World Tower in New York took it from him.
