A packed tour bus collided with a tanker truck carrying highly flammable liquid Varsol and burst into flames leaving at least 20 dead on the Victoria-Monterrey highway in Mexico

At least 20 people have died after a packed tour bus collided with a fuel tanker truck on the Ciudad Victoria-Monterrey highway in Mexico.

The driver of the tanker truck fled the scene after the accident, which occurred in the early hours of the morning.

He was reportedly carrying varsol, a highly flammable liquid used in paint thinners.
