The Brookhaven County Police Department announced that it has launched an investigation against the accused.

A Pennsylvania paramedic is facing charges after being accused of exposing a "semi-conscious" woman under his care in the back of an ambulance and taking pictures of her breasts.

The subject was identified as Kevin Hakeem Pressley , 24, and is currently charged with indecent assault, invasion of privacy and related charges.

For this reason, the Brookhaven County Police Department announced that it has launched an investigation against the defendant who, according to the victim, exposed her breasts when she was not 100 percent conscious.

“We all know that gun violence in this country and in our backyard in Philadelphia is concerning. I can promise you that it will be investigated and we will go down every alley that is necessary,” said Brookhaven Police Chief Michael Vice.

“These acts betray the trust not only of the community we serve, but of each and every member of this fire and police department,” he added.

Pressley was employed as an EMT by the Brookhavan Fire Company ambulance at the time of the alleged incident. He has since been indicted and his bail was set at $100,000 in cash, a large sum for him to remain in prison pending investigations.

The Attorney General's Office said there are no open cases involving Pressley, while Pressley's attorney told Action News he has no comment as he would also be facing prior felony charges.
