The Club America striker would not leave the cream-blue team at the end of his contract, and everything would point to him signing an extension of his relationship with the team that is currently led by Fernando Ortiz

The renewal of Henry Martin with Club America would not be a problem that greatly worries the fans of the Americanista team, since the striker himself has stressed the intention of extending his contract with the Liga MX team.

“Not giving up, seeing as one more step to continue demanding myself and always wanting to go for more is something that I am grateful for, my parents have taught me since I was a child and not giving up because it is something that managed to get me out of the bottom and that will keep going up more”, said the striker after beating Chivas with the cream-blue team.

It is for this reason, since different reports coming out of Mexico, that the striker would not leave Club America to reach another team, where there are cadres that live in Brazil and Saudi Arabia seeking their services.

In addition, another report indicates that the 30-year-old striker would only leave Mexico for a European team, something that would be complicated due to his age, although this does not mean that he does not have an immovable starting role with the cream-blue team.

Martin currently has 11 goals and four assists in the 2023 Clausura Tournament of Liga MX with Club America and has played 12 out of 12 possible games in the current Mexican championship with the shirt of the Mexican team, with which he has links until 30 June 2024.
